Attaining that champion fighter physique has never felt more possible than through MMA, a cornerstone class unique to LKA Gym. MMA class utilizes the best of the arts of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and many other sport-based martial art systems. 
WHAT TO BRING
Athletic wear, towel, rash-guard preferred, no shoes, boxing gloves, hand-wraps, mouth piece and shin guards. (sold here)
