Kickboxing (Co-Ed) (New Members Only)

Monday thru Thursday at  7pm

Join us for an intense workout which includes calisthenics and kickboxing drills. This class is an actual Kickboxing Class not a Cardio Kickboxing Workout.  You will learn Dutch Style Kickboxing Drills. 

Ages: 13 years and older.

Boxing Gloves Included with Registration Fee

Memberships are not refundable and equipment must be picked up at our location.
